At GiftLovers Candle Co., every candle is hand-poured with care and made just for you. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases.

🚫 All Sales Are Final

Please note that all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind, scent preferences, or gift rejections.

💌 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we don’t accept returns, we want you to love what you receive! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@giftlovers.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll be happy to issue a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

🔄 Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
